It is also equipped with a lift to facilitate entry for people with reduced mobility. 

Among the main benefits of the sauna we have the acceleration of metabolism, purification of toxins, normalization of blood pressure and psychophysical relaxation. 
Our advice is to alternate the hot-cold phases.
The change in temperature, in fact, produces an enormous benefit to
