The spacious dining room, recently renovated and made entirely of wood, has a capacity of 120 seats and accommodates guests in an intimate and warm atmosphere.

The restaurant is run directly by the Chef Antonio Valente, proprietor of the Hotel Col del Sole that, together with his staff, tells of the local traditions, on a journey to discover the flavors of Asiago and the Veneto.

The menu is full of simple but at the same time, prepared with local products such as cheese (Asiago, Tosella, Vezzena) and game salami.
