The large dining room, recently renovated and made entirely of wood, has a capacity of accomodating 120 people and welcomes guests in an intimate and warm atmosphere. The simple yet refined cuisine, which metaphorically takes the hotel's guests on a gastronomical journey to discover the traditional flavors and dishes of the Asiago locality in particular and the Veneto region in general, is personally supervised by Chef Antonio Valente, owner of Hotel Col del Sole. The menu is full of sumptuous dishes prepared with local products such as the well-noted Asiago, Tosella, Vezzena cheese and cold cut game meats. People with food allergies or special needs are free to request the preparation of special dishes.

Wide selection of wines for all tastes. The rich breakfast buffet is served daily in the restaurant hall.
Cooking classes for groups of disabled people are organized by the hotel's personnel and during these cooking lessons, the guests are taught to prepare traditional dishes of the Asiago plateau. To this end, the hotel's kitchen has been designed to be completely accessible.
